The boundaries of the Elizabeth C-1 School District occupy some 161 square miles south-east of Denver, Colorado. The District serves approximately 2,900 students on six campuses. These Campuses include one preschool, two elementary schools, one middle school, and two high schools. The School Board of the district is comprised of five members who are highly committed to the following priorities:

Accreditation

The Elizabeth School District is accredited by the Colorado Department of Education and the North Central Association of Colleges and High Schools.

Special Education

The Special Education Department offers a full array of services for students with disabilities from ages 3-21. Approximately 9% of students in the district are identified as needing special education services. Every effort is made to include these students in district standards, curriculum, and assessments. Our graduation rate is excellent.

Enhanced Learning Program

The mission of the ELP is to unlock the potential for excellence in students with outstanding abilities, talents, and potential for accomplishment. Opportunities for those students are available from K-12.
